Hey guys! I know it's been a while since I posted anything but I have finally finished a book that I think I could do a really good review on. I just finished Tales From the Shadowhunter Academy after rereading The Mortal Instruments. Tales From the Shadowhunter Academy is a collection of originally separately published e-books by Cassandra Clare, Maureen Johnson, Sarah Rees Brennan, and Robin Wassermann now in print with a total of 10 stories, mostly set in Simon's POV. Each of these "tales" were amazing in their own right aside from being amazing all together. They follow Simon Lewis, now mundane after the events of City of Heavenly Fire and losing his memories of the Shadow World to Magnus' father. He decides to go the newly reopened Shadowhunter Academy to escape the desperate looks on Clary's and Isabelle's faces when they look at him and see the friend they lost. However, if you aren't, those three names belong to some of the most beloved characters in YA (or at least to me). This is just a very basic outline of the first book and contains no spoilers.
